Roma
Bronze modular sculpture

Roma is a modular bronze sculpture that celebrates the traditional Roman flooring covering the entire center of Rome with the so-called “sampietrini”, the Italian term for each stone/module. The stones' shapes come from molds made from Villa Borghese's floors in Rome, then converted into bronze pieces.

At the bottom, a bronze net is also hand-created: in its horizontal version (to be installed on the floor/tables/surfaces), Roma’s net is flexible; in its vertical version (to be installed on walls), Roma's net is welded to the modules and therefore rigid.

Based on the number of stones, Roma becomes a unique composition each time, created by the designer to create the perfect piece for its destination.

Roma sculpture is handmade in Italy. Different finishes are available.
